Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Fee
We offer Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed after working hours may be processed the next day
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
- Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Note: Delivery time may vary depending on location and product availability.

Address Changes
- Orders can be modified or canceled before dispatch only

Partial Deliveries

Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
We offer returns/exchanges only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery.

Return Shipping Cost

- If the issue is verified as a seller-side error, we may cover the cost
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection
- It may take 7–15 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
Non-Returnable Cases
