Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from Anker Pakistan (Official Distributor) come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal use.

This warranty is provided by Anker Pakistan and does not affect any rights you may have under applicable laws.


Warranty Period

  • The warranty period begins from the date of purchase (as mentioned on invoice)
  • Warranty is valid for 6 months only
  • Replacement products will continue under the remaining warranty period of the original purchase

Eligibility for Warranty Claims

To process a warranty claim, you must provide:

  • Valid invoice / proof of purchase
  • Product in original packaging
  • Product must be purchased from:
    • Anker Pakistan Lahore
    • or our authorized sales channels

⚠️ Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty.


How to Claim Warranty

For Online Orders

  • Contact our support via WhatsApp or email
  • Provide invoice and product details
  • Our team will guide you through the process

For In-Store Purchases

  • Visit our store in Lahore
  • Our team will assist you directly

Warranty Process

  • All products are subject to inspection and verification
  • Depending on the issue, we may offer:
    • repair
    • replacement
    • or appropriate resolution

Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: 15–20 working days
  • May vary depending on product condition and availability

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional issues under normal usage
  • Performance faults not caused by external damage

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Products without valid proof of purchase
  • Products outside the warranty period
  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, burns, water damage)
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Missing packaging or accessories
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Non-quality related issues

Important Notes

  • Warranty becomes void if the product has been fully refunded
  • Warranty claims are processed only after inspection approval
  • If invoice or proof of purchase is missing, warranty may not be accepted
  • Products provided as gifts or promotional items may not be eligible for warranty
